It's a long long day. Eventough I can feel that it will be the lightest one of all travels I'm gonna have for the next 12 days. I went out from home at quarter to ten in the morning. Bought the discounted train ticket to Eindhoven and then in one and half hour later I arrived at Eindhoven station. To go to airport, I need to take 20 minutes bus ride. It was sooo packed. And it's also very crowded at the airport. I guess everyone is on vacation. And dum dum dum.. the plane got delayed AGAIN. I know it's coming since I always experience delay when taking budget airlines. It is horrible, however, 1,5 hour late!
Anyway, the plane landed at 5.30 pm in Rome Ciampino airport. And everyone in the plane clapped and said hurray. It was so funny. After getting my checked in luggage, I took the bus to Anagnina metro station and from there proceeded to Termini Station with the metro. And there's a cute guy sitting next to me *drool drool*. And he smells good kekeke. Too bad he only rode the metro for 3 stations and got off at Porta Furba. So, after one hour travel by bus, metro and walk, I finally stepped in to my small but nice room in Morgana Hotel around 7.30 pm. Pictures!



I only put my bag into the room and then got out again for evening walk. I stopped by at Hard Rock shop to buy some t-shirts for my brother, sister, and niece. And then went out for dinner at nearest McDonalds, bought huge mineral water and did a few sightseeing.

 
The 1st picture is the view to Hard Rock cafe while the second one is Fontana Del Tritone. Since the metro line A only operated until 9 pm, I went back to the hotel and got online for some email replies. It's strange. This is my first time to sign a document for internet data when asking the wifi passwords to the concierge. I don't care tough, as long as I'm online. And I also bought a necklace at the termini station. Well, actually I was looking for the fiona robot necklace that Mino has but it's out of stock at asos.com. This is not similar but I like it.

I planned to abstain for this year's election. Dunno what changed my mind. It was the last day of registration that I decided to register online. After that I started to watch some tv programs about all candidates. So here they are:

No kidding. It's not a joke. They all look like the characters from the anime Dora Emon, rite? So if you were me, and you would judge their characters based on Dora Emon's, which one will you choose?

From my side, I will choose Suneo's dad. He's rich, a businessman, and looks like he can handle things well. So it's no.3. On July 8, I went to the embassy in The Hague to cast my vote. It was around 6 pm, Netherlands time, so it was 11 pm in Indonesia. And I already saw the temporary result of quick count there. It said that no.2 lead the votes. However, it didn't influence my vote which still went to no.3. And noooo.. it's not because of Suneo thing, Gawd..
And no comment for no.1. I just don't like her. period.

I've been waiting for this concert since three months ago, I guess. I bought the ticket online in May and waited and waited. Finally, the day arrived. You know how fast time flies is, especially when you're having fun. I went there with Surya and Putri. Before going to concert venue, we stopped by at Hard Rock store in Amsterdam and had early dinner at Burger King near that place. We arrived at Westerpark around 7 pm. After the security checked our bags, we searched for a space to sit on. I was glad that I didn't bring my SLR camera because it's not allowed. Luckily, my Powershot 200 was allowed.

The concert started at 7.30 pm with opening act Priscilla Ahn. She's an American singer born in Pennsylvania. She's pretty and I love her voice. She sang while playing guitar and harmonica. She sang four songs: Dream, I don't think so, Tree, and the last one I could not remember, lol.

Not too long, Jason Mraz appeared. It was 8 pm. The crowds got up from their lazy position (sitting and laying on the ground). He started with the song Good Job. Then proceeded to other songs like Beautiful Mess, Lucky, I'm Yours, Only Human, Everything is Alright, Remedy, and All Night Long. When he sang Details in the Fabric, suddenly Joss Stone appeared for like 1 minute and sang along. It was awesome! I like how Jason communicated to the fans. And it's hilarious when he said: Dank u wel (thanks in Dutch) between songs. And sometimes he added: merci beaucoup and arigatou, lol. And he also said hello the fans outside the park who couldn't afford to buy the concert tickets. He's very nice. I felt that the concert was too short. 70 minutes only! Eventough I realized it's already tiringsome for him.

After that, we had 30 minutes break. So I and my friends wandered around buying drink and looking out for merchandise. Actually I like the blue t-shirt sold at one stand but it's too expensive, 20 EUR. So I bought a white mug instead.

As I wrote earlier, I'm not very fond of Joss Stone and I'm not familiar with her songs either. So we watched her from very far while talking, drinking and dancing. And we left the venue at the last song because we didn't wanna compete with thousands of people for a bus ride to central station. There were many people who thought like us, leaving the venue before the concert ended. So the bus was still so packed. But I managed to reach my home around 1 AM.
